By accessing and using Neotic AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Neotic AI provides the following services:

• •AI automation solutions
• •Custom web and mobile application development
• •Digital marketing and SEO services
• •Consulting and strategy services

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of milestones or project delivery.

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed solutions. Neotic AI retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained during projects.

Neotic AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
